Code review practices - Tooling

Tooling is critical for review processes, use tools to foster collaboration and add value to review process, sometimes review process becomes heavy-handed and lest it starts to lose objectivity. You can easily tell when there are stale reviews pending forever or having increase in nudges or there is rubber-stamping going on.

Choosing a code review tool should not be taken lightly since it will define a lot about projects success, they tend to become the fulcrum of developer activity.
