👾Coding Agents and human overlap
Khem Raj September 30, 2025 #metaIf you work on Open-Source, a lot of time is spent on reading code not written by you. You might read the code for a day and then make one line change to fix a problem. The time to learn and understand these codebases is significant.
With coding-agents being used to write code, the velocity of written line of code is going to grow and maybe at a speed beyond human comprehension in given time. This gap is ever-increasing and accelerating.
Until coding part is fully offloaded to AI agents, these kinds of problems at human machine interaction point will be quite prominent and create "debt"
