🛫Onboarding: lots of doors, no obvious 'front door'

If you are guardian of a project ask yourself

Do you have quick start, quick build document, newcomer checkpoints, vendors specific getting started guides?

Are there "Getting Involved" document, good-first-issues, contribution guide, mailing lists and meetings?

For a new person, that's overwhelming, High cognitive load just to figure out what to read.

People bounce before they reach the step of "I successfully built an image" or "I sent my first patch."

Have one obvious front door for newcomers.
